Formulated with natural ingredients and essential oils, Johnnie Ray Pure Essentials Beard Oil helps soften and tame unruly beard hair, reduce itching and flaking, promote healthy growth, and leave your beard looking shiny and well-groomed.

How to Use: Gently shake before use. Dispense by pressing the pump top. Apply a small amount to beard and face daily. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

All J. Ray Oils Are Fine, This Scent Should Be Amongst Top Of Any Makers!

This is tops amongst the now 4 oils I've ordered in a short amount of time. This is the most 'refreshing' and hint of an outdoorsy place, so wonderful and far removed from the middle of (NYC) I am in.

It also, is complimentary to my own body chemistry at the same time - as it seem a rare trait that few other companies beard oils achieve. That is, some oils provide a fragrance one may or may not favor to wear or they provide essences that enhance a guys own body chemistry (and a bit of scent we have to various degrees at various times).

I love the substantial bottle and pump. The product is presented as well as luxury products in exclusive department stores and boutiques. Remarkable.

Johnnie Ray All Day!

I love both the Apex and Legacy lines of oil. My beard has never felt better than when alternating between these carrier blends. Something very special 'bout the Legacy's styling properties though ...everyday is a good beard day - guaranteed!

Mackinac Mist wasn't my favorite scent profile, but it's not bad either. I get more citronella/limonene than lime. (think rind - not juice)

Edit: Came back to bump this'un up to 5 outta 5 stars. Reason being, we had a bumper crop of hickory nuts this season and If you've ever smelled a green hickory nut, this is that in a bottle. It's uncanny! I know it's not what Nate and Hannah set out to create, but I like it a lot.

This is another great scent from Johnnie Ray. I get a nice wood scent mixed with the lime and an earthy undertone. Really nice smell.

When I used this, I audibly said “oh wow”. It smells almost like a natural woodsy, citrus natural cologne without being overpowering. If this became mainline, I could see buying this year round.
