Eligibility
This guarantee applies to:
- Requests made within 30 days of delivery
- Full-size products only (samples and free add-ons excluded)

Limit one satisfaction replacement claim per customer / household
- Please note: Product defects or issues are still covered under our standard return policy
How It Works
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what didn’t meet expectations. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or help guide you into a better-fit scent profile.
In some cases, we may request photos (ex: leaks, damage, broken pumps) to help us document the issue and improve our process.
Scent & Preference
Fragrance is personal. If the scent profile you chose isn’t for you, we’re still happy to help you swap into something that better matches your style.
Shipping
- Product issues (damage, defect, leak, wrong/missing item): we cover replacement shipping
- Preference-based swaps (primarily scent): customer covers replacement shipping
Return of Product
In some cases, we may require the original item to be returned before issuing a replacement or credit.
