If you need to request a return and/or exchange, please first check to make sure it meets the “Return and Exchange Requirements” listed below. Return and Exchange Requirements

Return and/or Exchange Requests MUST be made within 30 days

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
• Sample Kits
• Soaps
• Weak or Unliked Fragrances: We are 100% compliant with the International Fragrance Association’s (IFRA) guidelines and offer trial size to ensure you don’t end up with a fragrance you don’t fully enjoy.
• Allergic Reaction / Skin Sensitivity issues - Please review our listed ingredients prior to purchase.
• Shipping Fees - Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
