What Is Your Return Policy?
All sales are final once an order leaves our facility.
For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, Johnnie Ray DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic, personal-care, grooming, soap, sample, or supplement products once they have been shipped. This applies whether the product is opened, unopened, or unused.
We cannot restock or resell products after they have left our control. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds because:

You ordered the wrong product.

You do not like the fragrance.

You believe the fragrance is too strong or too weak. (IFRA Compliant)

You experience an allergy, sensitivity, or personal reaction.

You no longer want or need the product.

The product was purchased as a gift.

The product is unopened or unused.
Product descriptions, fragrance information, ingredient lists, and available trial or sample sizes should be reviewed before placing an order. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their preferences and intended use before purchasing.
Order Problems
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please email Info@Johnnie-Ray.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Reporting an order problem does not authorize a return. Products should not be mailed back unless Johnnie Ray has provided written authorization and return instructions.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Being unhappy with a product does not make it eligible for return or refund. However, we want every customer to have a positive experience with Johnnie Ray.
Customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase should review our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for available assistance and eligibility requirements.
Original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
