Wow! This stuff is great! It left my beard so soft and manageable..As for the scent, it's unscented and that's exactly what I wanted..no scent..Unlike other brands that has unscented products but they have a strong, chalky smell. I also bought the Chicago comb and it's great too! I will definitely be buying more products for my beard soon! Great products and great customer service. Don't hesitate, buy from Johnnie Ray's..you won't regret it.

I’ve tried a ton of different companies beard products, but I have to say Johnnie ray is by far the best I’ve used. The conditioner makes my beard soft and manageable, and when used with their other beard products has left my beard is great shape.

The pump stopped working halfway through and now i have to scrape it out which isn't easy. Otherwise good conditioner.

Thanks so much for the feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the issue with the pump. Sometimes it can get clogged, especially with conditioners, but I’ve found that trying the following methods usually gets it working again:

1. Clean the Pump: Remove the pump from the bottle and rinse it thoroughly with hot water. This helps clear out any buildup that might be causing a clog.

2. Reset the Pump Head: Twist the pump head counterclockwise to fully unlock it, then press it down a few times to get it moving smoothly.

Go ahead and try both of those methods, and if it’s still not working afterward, I’d be more than happy to send you a replacement pump top. Just let me know!

I hate leaving negative reviews but this conditioner just doesn't really work for me. It leaves my beard feeling stiff and tacky and I don't notice any type of slick or glide that you would generally get with a conditioner. I thought for the price I'd be getting something special.
