How to Reset Your Beard Butter

Because our beard butter is made with premium natural ingredients and contains no unnecessary stabilizers, it may soften or melt during transit during warmer months. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Please open your beard butter carefully upon arrival and remove the lid before proceeding with any of the steps below.

If your beard butter has fully melted:

1. Remove the lid.
2. Place the container in the freezer for 1-2 hours until completely solid.
3. Leave the product uncovered and allow it to return to room temperature.
4. For best results, let it sit uncovered for approximately 12 hours.

If your beard butter has only partially melted:

1. Remove the lid.
2. Microwave the container in 10-15 second intervals until the contents are fully liquefied.
3. Place the container in the freezer for 1-2 hours until completely solid.
4. Leave the product uncovered and allow it to return to room temperature.
5. For best results, let it sit uncovered for approximately 12 hours.

Removing the lid throughout this process helps prevent condensation from forming inside the container.
